Practice owners get pitched every week: a new agency, an AI receptionist, a new phone system, a marketing platform. Each one claims it will bring in more patients. It’s hard to tell which ones are worth the money, and harder to know what order to do them in.
We give you an independent view and a plan.
Common engagements
- Marketing audit and plan. Where your new patients come from today, what each channel costs, and where the next dollar should go.
- AI readiness. Which front-desk and marketing tasks AI can handle safely in your practice, which vendors are worth a look, and what to avoid.
- Software and vendor selection. A short list that fits your workflows and budget, with the questions to ask in demos.
- Proposal and contract review. A second opinion on agency, software, and AI proposals before you sign.
- Multi-location growth. Reporting, intake, and marketing structure for groups adding locations.
- Advisory retainer. A monthly call and on-demand advice, like a part-time marketing and technology lead.
How it works
- Intro call. We learn what you’re trying to decide and whether we can help.
- Discovery. We review your numbers, tools, and current vendors, and talk to the people who do the work.
- Written plan. Clear recommendations, in priority order, with expected cost and effort.
- Working session. We walk your team through the plan and answer questions.
Who this is for
Owners, practice managers, and group operators who want to make the next marketing or technology decision with real data and no sales pitch attached.
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to hire you to do the work afterward?
No. The plan is yours to use with your own team, another agency, or us.
What does a consulting engagement look like?
Usually a short fixed-scope project: two to four weeks of discovery and analysis, then a written plan and a working session with your team. Some clients keep us on a monthly advisory retainer after that.
Can you review a proposal from another agency or vendor?
Yes. That’s one of the most common requests. We’ll tell you what’s reasonable, what’s missing, and what questions to ask before you sign.
